Expanding Barre offerings - We are expanding our Barre class offering due to customer demand!  We have added Barre to our special limited class packages for those only interested in Yoga/Barre/Mat Pilates or go for our full memberships and take any class in the studio including our new Aerial Yoga classes.


Pilates exercises are done to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance with a focus on the body's core. Reformer Pilates exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage as it is pulled on by springs.  Mat Pilates uses your own body for resistance. There are many exercises for the first-time beginners to the most advanced practitioners.
